EPX lets you drag and drop import of images like before. Coming shortly, there is a new import event module, that will allow you to import catalog sets from iView, and we are working on other libraries as well.
The major difference with EPX Express and previous versions is the way images are stored and manipulated. The Hi-res images are no longer stored the local database. We originally used the database because most photographers were using film, and images were scanned to a CD. This meant EPX Express had to store all the hi-res images in its own database. This has become cumbersome, as now most photographers use digital format using hi-res camera images.
